iClicker cloud installation/standalone not runnable due to missing `Windows.Graphics.Capture.GraphicsCaptureSession` library

I am trying to install iclicker cloud (5.3.1), which is an application instructor can use for student participation and feedback. As per the web page there are two options: MSI installer or standalone exe, and the standalone app has been rated platinum by a couple of users in the Wine database, but I am running into issues with both the msi and exe file.

MSI installer

I run into this issue and don't know how to proceed

Standalone exe

After creating a new bottle, I had to install Wine Mono to get passed an error. However, I am now running into a new error:

I tried installing gdiplus which is the only graphics-related dependency I could find, but it has been going for the last 30 min so I don't know if it is stuck or not since I can't see the progress... (edit: it installed after 40 min but did not fix the issue).

Help would be very much appreciated as I want to avoid setting up an entire virtual machine just to run this one application.

After finding out that the missing library was windows 10 specific, I change this bottle to run in windows 8.1 compatibility mode and lo and behold, the standalone app now seems to work! I still see the following error message in the console but so far so good (it would still be useful to get this running on windows 10 compatibility mode)
