@turowicz yeah its possible, care to get a bit more techincal on what you want to achieve
you can do this for any ip address, just make a new script like "99-iptables.sh" and then have it contain all your ip tables execs yuou want there.
Also, ditch multi homed.that is one reason for sure.
if it doesnt see dnstest its either not in the right directory or there is a syntax error, did you run it through a json linter?
so the dnsmasq stuff is there for allowing conditional forwarding, where does the UDMPSE keep it's dnsmasq confs?
