Unhandled Promise Rejection Error: spawn C:/Users/****/AppData/Local/Temp/bd39e56b-ba8e-4aea-ae9f-ffefabf2252f.tmp.exe ENOENT

Was faithfully mining, now this error spawns randomly and so fast I cant kill the pop up to kill the process.
