Plugin is dead. Any alternative?

Would be nice to manage Tags in Craft. But it looks like the Plugin doesn't work :( image

Maybe anyone know a other plugin for that kind of task?

I scroll down and there are some Tags missing and when I scroll down "New Tag" comes again and again.
