Personally I do not like the name `@nodejs-internal` but can't think of anything better, so can't really recommend a different one 😅

FWIW I generally agree with @wesleytodd's expressed perspectives here but it's also a hill that I realize I do not have enough of a stake in to meaningfully drive consensus...

Agree that it should be automated and via PR. If we've already got existing infrastructure in Actions, I think it makes sense to re-use that infrastructure.
