My plugin is connected successfuly to webhook . it does show a message is seen by the page some times but never replies or show welcome message . This url works fine with webhook https://www.mudassir.website/chatbot/webhook/messenger/endpoint/HUEHUEHUEBR/ .Please help, quick reply will appreciated . logs.zip

Hi there.

Are you an administrator for the page? Because Facebook will only let the bot send messages to the administrator if the page isn't aproved by them yet.

Also, did you checked if there's a chatbot specific log in the log folder? It should be something like werules_facebook_chatbot.log

Also, try sending "help" with lower case, just like it's on settings.
