Update - Implement InsecureSkipVerify

Hi,

For my environment I need to set "InsecureSkipVerify" in fasthttp client side to allow unknown certificat on my route.

I check on my side to propose a pull request, but it's maybe more simple for you to implement this params more rapidly.
