word_counts has problem

Hello! After reading your paper, we want to do further research based on this.And I want to run your code by pycharm. But it has problem when I run the word_counts baseline because there it isn't a document called term_counts.npz in PeerRead. Are there any missing files on GitHub or what steps I missed before I run the word——baseline document. Thank you for your generous help and guidance!
