Logstash does not work in arm64

It is disabled to autostart in https://github.com/timbotetsu/docker-elastic-stack/blob/master/8.2-arm/config/supervisord/supervisord.conf#L6 on PR:https://github.com/blacktop/docker-elastic-stack/pull/29

Hi @timbotetsu, why disable the autostart for logstash? Could you tell me how to enable it in the container or does it need to be installed manually?
