Update documentation with additions/changes since 0.3.13

I'm going to take a stab at some contributing some doc updates soon and want to at least loosely communicate/coordinate. If anyone reading this wants to help, comment with the item you'd like to take 😄.

Thanks! I'll probably be documenting TABLE WITHOUT ID, dateformat (and date support), and other time related things to start. I've gotten really ahead of myself in terms of features to documentation...

I've addressed a small chunk of this in #1283. Can you give me an up to date list on what else needs work?
