Build repo groups

It'd be cool to create groups of repositories, similar to the Everything/Participating lists, except with a user-curated list of repositories.

I'd love to add something like this in the proposed filters api in https://github.com/bkeepers/github-notifications/pull/131. Basically, as part of a filter you could limit it to an organization or specific repositories.

Would that suffice?
