Cannot decrypt organization exported vault as "Account restricted"

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create an organization and add a id
2. Save the vault as "protected (.json)" and as account-restricted.
3. Delete the organization
4. Try to import the protected json into your own vault.

Expected Result

As it is "account-restricted" and not "organization-restricted", the user should be able to import the vault into its account.

Actual Result

It says the key is different that the one we provided. And I'm stuck with my encrypted json containing all my password and I cannot do anything.
