Can we have a RPC call for "transfer_asset_to_many_address" in https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares_toolkit/blob/5765b64ded9830ebf72e611ec99c676bbd177e91/libraries/wallet/include/bts/wallet/wallet.hpp#L290

I could use this for the airdrop idea for vegas https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=8858.0
