Minimizing on linux somehow freezes the whole window

Running fedora 35, almost everything runs smoothly , however when minimizing and then showing window again, window becomes somewhat unresponsive, mouse over does not works correctly anymore (when going over mouse buttons they dont show color change) clicking them does work though. also dragging becomes where hard, because you need to "grab" window in specific height and you need to drag first upwards, in order it to work, if you try dragging downwards it wont work. And during maximizing window gets incorrectly maximized, there is big screen and in that big screen there is also small screen with our controls that can be clicked. https://ibb.co/Hr9sPnb https://ibb.co/ZfL2cxr
