doc: fix broken link

• What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) It replaces a link in the readme from jsmodules.io to instead link to the relevant MDN doc.

• What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) It appears jsmodules.io has been squatted and is no longer relevant or useful

• What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? The old link has been replaced with one to the MDN docs for JavaScript modules
