Update IRC channels in the community section

Please update the IRC channels here https://bitcoin.org/en/community. Freenode started stealing nicknames by nickdropping without any prior information. Bitcoin community can't rely on such a dishonest network. We got all bitcoin channels on https://libera.chat/ so please mention libera IRC channels on community page and if possible remove freenode information so that new users are not directed to those channels. Thanks

there is the pull request #3692 from @jlopp, but as i mentioned there, it is not enough to just update the english translation, i can do the work (or try), but only if it will get merged

NACK, despite lots of FUD, freenode has continued operating fine with none of the accusations proving true.

If any network is "stealing", it's Libera and the trolls pushing people to stop using freenode.
