Extend /plugins to provide web service endpoints

#279 brought a new web service endpoint for retrieving useful information about the currently installed plugins. However, the "endpoints" field of web service plugins is still empty. Its original intent here is to provide a list of known endpoints that are publicly exposed by the server.
