No warning thrown when missing recommended task metadata for PET

Tested on the bids example by removing the TaskName metadata in one of the json files.

Opening the issue more for book keeping as this topic was mentioned in our last maintainers' meeting.

Not sure if this kinda thing will be handled "automatically" once things are schematised.
