Windows are not resized properly with mouse

I have attached a screencast where the bug is reproduced. It is possible to mess the window disposition completely by some random mouse movements. Here is also xmonad.hs which produces the result. It contains a modified function from XMonad.Actions.FlexibleResize - as far as I understand, the function interacts with the layout by sending the SetGeometry message. It is possible to achieve the same with the XMonad.Layout.BorderResize modifier.
