Needed these fixes to get things working in centos7

I noticed there where a couple of files that needed to be updated in centos 7 that where missed by this module. i have also added support for ldapi and stoped slappass enerating a change on each run. i also had to set slappass to use {SHA} as {SSHA} uses a seed which means the config file is changed on each run
