Lookahead window applies for commitee selection but not for proposer selection

I highly appreciate your work on this book.

I just thought it would be worth mentioning that the lookahead window only applies to commitee selection and not for proposer selection as you need the effective balance of the validator at the same epoch to know if this validator will be proposing or not.

In the case the proposer effective balance is capped at 32 Eth, then maybe you still can know?

A clarification would go a long way.
