Dialog Disappears on Device Rotation

When I perform these sequences of events, the dialog on screen disappears:

Sequence 1:

1. Click on Add Item
2. Orientation Change

Sequence 2:

1. Click on Add Item
2. Click on URL
3. Orientation Change

Sequence 3:

1. Click on Add Item
2. Click on Raw text
3. Orientation Change

Sequence 4:

1. Click on ...(More Options)
2. Click on About
3. Orientation Change

Sequence 5:

1. Click on Contextual Edit Button of a File item in list
2. Orientation Change

Sequence 6:

1. Click on Contextual Edit Button of a File item in list
2. Click on Replace content with raw text
3. Orientation Change
