That would be awesome. For some context, simple variable replacing like for first name etc. was done as part of this https://github.com/bdcorps/candymail/commit/25aa506e71eb216648fed3e36ecda8fc97f80fd1.

The next step would be to allow for arrays and objects to be passed in. Use case being showing dynamic products/items in emails. Still needs to be fleshed, happy to hear thoughts.
