"Save Error" When attempting to apply Stellaris modlist

Describe the bug When attempting to apply the modlist a save error occurs. The conflict solver button also doesn't do anything, although that is likely because of the former issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a few mods
2. Press Apply
3. See Error

Expected behavior The mods to be applied and the conflict solver to open.

The paradox sqlite databases are corrupt, delete them in docs\paradox\stellaris folder.

That fixed the issue with applying a playset but I have encountered another issue. I don't know if it is related but the conflict solver won't open. I press the button, all three don't work, but nothing happens, no message and it doesn't create a log in the log folder. I have reinstalled both stellaris and Irony, I have also deleted the irony data folders however that has not solved the issue. I understand if you can't help me, I am unsure why it won't even attempt to open.

Make sure you have a collection selected. Make sure there are mods in the collection. Make sure you actually toggle on the submenu options there.
