Command: `remove`

What configuration would we like to remove? Would this be the same as allowing the users to just set a value to ""? The command implies they can remove a config value but we expect those to always be present (if this is referring to the runtime config file)

This is not so much related to "config" but the opposite of "apply".

So being able to delete datasets, products, issuers, etc.
