Not able to activate land line number

The problem

So I read through old issues and tried a lot, but I am not able to activate Signal in Home Assistant using the cli rest api.

I tried with the register endpoint and tried like described:

• Get Captcha
• Register (no voice) -> 502 error
• Wait 1 Minute
• Register (with voice) -> 429
• Wait a whole weekend (~ 72h)
• Redo the above procedure
• Still 429.

So now I do not know what to do next. Is this thing still possible?

I use signal-cli-rest-api version 0.91.0 and Home Assistant
