Incremental DOM support

Now that there is updated support for Incremental DOM in the Closure Templates repo, is there any way this project could gain support for it again?

@pcj i have a version of this working on my fork, with a modified version of Soy. i'm working to get the changes into PR form, but i'd love help if you're interested ;)
