Nintendo 64 core and Nintendo DS core

Both of these are horrible on the RT. Tried WWF No Mercy on Parallel64 and Pokemon White on DeSMuME respectively and performance was absolute garbage.

The NDS core could use updating so I'm not ruling out an outdated core for the poor performance there, but as far as N64 goes that's just a disappointment.
