首先要按照官方方式编译成功tensorrt 7.x源码。感觉如果找不到plugin.h的话，源码也编译不成功

SVD branch seems include training code, but does not contain config.yaml file.

没测，现在用Yolov5了，效果更好还不用改trt源码 :-)
