How I can change/setup the pdf-version of the generated PDF?

Hello,

how I can change/setup the pdf-version of the generated PDF? In default and in the current version of dompdf the pdf generated always in the version 1.7

This is only a wrapper of dompdf for laravel, nothing happens here https://github.com/dompdf/dompdf/blob/e82c7462465766be3d2eb68d4e554b26c2fd0cde/lib/Cpdf.php#L16-L18 image
