My mouse pointer is the hand, but I can't move the map with the left-click & hold method.

Works ok for me. What browser are using?

Is this when you first open the page, or after you have done something specific (eg opening then closing streetview) ???

Same issue as DiamonKnight23. Browser is Firefox 41 running on IMac with OSX 10.9.5. Thanks for help.
