Add text recognition and hashing for text-posts

It'd be pretty neat for the bot to be able to hash the text inside images to detect reposts on text posts more effectively. I'm not entirely sure if this quote fits the overall goal for the bot though, so feel free to close the issue if not. Hopefully this inspires something cool for text-posts though. Thanks for all the work!
