Some DLC are randomised despite the wiki stating otherwise

Good day! Thank you very much for the effort that has gone into this project.

The wiki claims that it is possible to select one specific DLC from the list by setting the console's RTC. (Other guides seem to agree.)

Yet, the DLCs appear to be randomised nonetheless; this is further confirmed by this snippet:

...and I have been rejecting a couple dozen Shaymins from my ADAF while still hoping to get a Celebi, for the past hour or so. :P

Please let me know if there is a rationale for randomising this DLC specifically, and/or if there is anything I can do to help. Have a nice day!
