Issue warning if quality is set equal to or lower than one

We had a app going to production with quality set to 1 since we thought the scale was between 0-1.

Surprisingly it actually works on iOS but breaks down on Android.

we has the same problem, especially the quality of UIImageJPEGRepresentation is set to 0-1.
