[thgreasi] Observed on more than 2 RPi4 devices running balenaOS 2.80.5+rev1(which balenaCloud doesn't offer) & supervsior v12.8.7.

This is most likely an Engine error that the Supervisor reports. For future instances of this issue, please include the OS/Supervisor version, and Engine error logs too.
