Include device tree overlay for RPi camera v2 module for CM4 IO board

wget http://goo.gl/U4t12b -O /mnt/boot/dt-blob.bin -O /mnt/boot/dt-blob.bin

And then set these variables in the Fleet Configuration application side tab

BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_start_x = 1
BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_gpu_mem_256	192
BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_gpu_mem_512	256
BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_gpu_mem_1024	448

We should include the device tree in the standard image
