RPi 3B+ performance with Jitsi unstable

In our new blog post to create a video conference terminal for the family https://www.balena.io/blog/put-friends-and-loved-ones-on-the-big-screen-with-this-instant-video-call-project/#software apparently the Pi3 doesn't have good enough stability and performance to run the application.

It appears this is due to the fact that jitsi doesn't correctly support the H264 decoding correctly.https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-videobridge/issues/707
