Add more documentation for release resource in the balenaCloud API

The release resource in the balenaCloud API only contains examples on how to fetch a release. We could additionally show how to delete a release as well.

I'm thinking this issue could be the trigger to revisit all the balenaCloud API docs and ensure that all the resources contain basic CRUD examples for each resource when supported or otherwise mentions the limitations for each resource if you cannot do something.
