RESIN_SUPERVISOR_INSTANT_UPDATE_TRIGGER is misleading

A user asked whether a preloaded application will start first if RESIN_SUPERVISOR_INSTANT_UPDATE_TRIGGER is set to true and if an application update is available. He was misled by the "instant update" naming. If there is an application update pending, supervisor will not await for it to be downloaded but will start the preloaded application first. The documentation is not very clear on how it all works.
