BAL should appear _regardless_ of value!

We should always show the one true coin:

Also worth considering showing the top three by coin holdings if the value of the whole erc-20 portfolio is small, rather than showing squat. So:

  • If I've got a mixture of worthless and valuable coins, only show the valuable;
  • If I've got only worthless coins, show the top three by how many I have (independent of their value)
