feat: prefer title in scaffolder EntityPicker

Hey, I just made a Pull Request!

This pull requests makes the EntityPicker use the title of the entity if present, but only if allowArbitraryValues is false, since there is no way to differentiate between an arbitrary value and a label (the title in this case).
