Feature request: zstandard

Hi there, big fan of this plugin.

I'd love support for .tar.zst files using zstandard compression.

The upstream issue (probably blocking this issue) looks like: https://sourceforge.net/p/sevenzip/feature-requests/1580/

This would be very useful!

Perhaps alternative libs could be adapted for zstd instead of sevenzip?
