Externalizing Tenant Name , ID and other tenant specific values for resuse of custom policy

Hi

Can we externalize the Tenant Name, Client ID, etc so that the custom policy can be used in different ADb2C tenants? Currently, I have 2 lower level tenants and a production tenant. What is the best way to promote the custom policy across the tenants?
