Difficulties setting the lifetime of the token

I'm having some issues setting the lifetime of the token... after following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/jwt-issuer-technical-profile and token_lifetime_secs, id_token_lifetime_secs and others to the minimum of 300 secs, the token does not reflect that change!

I have a custom policy in place because im conducting a on demand migration from my previous identity server
