Government cloud support and documentation for custom policy's in B2C Tenant.

I do not see a way to specify a GovCloud instance instead of a Public Cloud with linking application insights to a B2C tenant in GovCloud (or any cloud other than public cloud). The capability is there according to the syntax of application insights (EndpointSuffix), but no way to reference a connection string from a Custom Policy with more than just a instrumentationkey. If we were able to reference an entire connection string (includes applicationinsights.us), it would likely work.
