(Instance/Ulduar): Missing visual effect when Ulduar Tram is moving.

Current Behaviour

The Ulduar Tram in The Corridors of Ingenuity (Mimiron's corridor) is conveyed by invisible magics along the rail.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The Tram should have flames coming out of the exhaust/thrusters/whatever titan engineering piece at the back while it's in motion.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Enter Ulduar.
2. Clear your way to the main chamber and make your way through Mimiron's corridor.
3. Interact with the various buttons for the Ulduar tram.
4. Observe the back of the tram.
