Not generating report

When I am doing 'cover test' it is breaking with following error: Test execution failed. SerializableException: The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a premature session shutdown or an internal server error.

I am having 300+ test functions, but it is breaking at 200+.
