[Update] Update Request config to reflcet changes from the recent releases

RATIONALE:

It seems like the request config page of the docs has fallen behind recent library updates. Added what was missing / was wrong

CHANGES:

• updated req_confi.md to contain latest API changes from the last versions
• added idea folder to the .gitignore
