Version of debian packages building from upstream sources

Hello! https://github.com/axboe/liburing/blob/master/debian/changelog stuck on 2.2 version, thus packages built using debuild -i -us -uc -b produces liburing2_2.2-1_amd64.deb packages.

Does this repository require debian build scripts at all, if they are outdated, and maintainers uses their own changelogs? e.g. https://git.hadrons.org/git/debian/pkgs/liburing.git/tree/debian/changelog

I have thought of making PR, copying official release note to the changelog file, but maybe it is redundant?

We should probably just drop the debian/ directory if it's that outdated and nobody is maintaining that part...
