Example of resolving secrets and SSM parameters in the AWS Console

I would like to be able to view sample Cloudformation (CDK too) code for resolve Secrets Manager secrets and SSM parameters for those services inside the AWS console for those respective service. This would be similar to how you get examples of getting a secrets for secrets manager secrets.
